			Built in Utterlund, a forest that at one time served as a hunting preserve that has been marked by change and Spring magic, the Splintered House brims with the energy of hustle. Brokers bring their goods and services through to the "''Greatest City of the League''". Built as a trading market to showcase Navarr talent, it is often surrounded by sprawling tents, stalls, and ox carts, with the maze-like routes managed by residents of the wayhouse, who work to ensure Prosperity for all who frequent the ever-changing traders.
