Irrespective of political boundaries, the Omphalos is the heart of Urizen's people, with whom we are proud to live, side by side. This edifice costs 26 wains of white granite and 30 thrones. It will create the title "Custodian of the Omphalos", with responsibility to epitomise and maintain Urizen culture in Spiral, to be appointed by the Urizen Assembly.</quote>
