Construction of Spooner's Rest was [[Construct_Spooner%27s_Rest|announced]] by '''Eldrid 'Phoenix Flame' Vestardottir''', as the [[Bearer of an Imperial Wayleave]], during the Spring Equinox 388YE, and construction was completed shortly before the Summer Solstice 388YE.

==Responsibilities==
The Conscience of the Dunnings is responsible for providing advice and support for the Dunning family. Given the widespread nature of the family, they are also responsible for the spiritual health of the residents of [[Caretaker_of_New_Dunhall#New_Dunhall|New Dunhall]]. They are also responsible for Hall of Spooner's Rest. If the Hall, or those who visit it, were to be threatened, it would be the responsibility of the Conscience of the Dunnings to deal with those threats.
