The Citizens' Voice has no responsibilities and may use the authority granted by the title to propose any motion they choose. If the motion they proposed is passed then they are expected to be responsible for enacting the motion. For example, if the motion was a commission and it was missing any [[Commission#Necessary_Details|necessary details]], they would be responsible for informing the civil service.
