The Bursar of the House of Spirits oversees the House of Spirits in [[Casinea]]. The House of Spirits is a remote campus that serves to host students from the College of Necromantia in the Halls of Maykop. It was commissioned by the Imperial Senate during the [[Construct_College_of_Maykop|Winter Solstice 383YE]] and completed shortly before the Spring Equinox 384YE.

==Responsibilities==
The Bursar of the House of Spirits serves as liaison to students who visit and make use of the House of Spirits. In the event that the House of Spirits was threatened, they would be expected to deal with those threats.

As a [[ministry]], the Bursar can purchase rings of ilium at a set price. The Bursar spends their money and makes their choices during downtime from their character page. Money is removed from, and resources are placed into, the character's inventory when the downtime is processed.
