The treaty has two elements; first it shares knowledge of Suranni and [[Grendel]] territories with the Iron Confederacy; second it criminalises the trade of [[liao]] "'' via ports or the Suranni-Imperial border''". it remains to be seen what the Suranni make of these concessions.
