There's nothing to stop even a beginner using the techniques described - it looks daunting at first but everything is broken down step by step, so if you're feeling brave jump in and see how you get on. 			I cut up an old brown bedsheet to make a smock, using the T tunic pattern on the wiki. Nice cool underlayer for the hot days, and the fact that the bedsheet had been washed about a million times makes it lovely and soft.
