Steward of the Nabarr
Overview
The Steward of the Nabarr is an Imperial title created by the Senate in Summer 383YE. The position of Steward is a sinecure, producing bladeroot each season.
Responsibilities
The Steward of the Nabarr has no particular responsibilities, they simply receive an income of valuable herbs each season. If the sinecure were to be threatened in any way, it would be the responsibility of the Steward to deal with those threats.

The Steward of the Nabarr gains custodianship of a sinecure. Each season they receive 18 drams of bladeroot.
Appointment
The title is selected by unanimous decision of the Navarr senators at the Autumn Equinox. If a unanimous decision cannot be reached, the title may be appointed by the Imperial Senate instead.
The title can be held by any Navarr citizen. The Steward serves until the next scheduled election. They can be revoked by the General Assembly, the Navarr National Assembly, and by the Assembly of the Nine.
