Construct the Gates of Holmauer Park

To commission a great work “The Gates of Holmauer Park” in Holmauer. Holberg, to secure the Park's eight gates with mithril, and providing security to the Park's visitors in the form of a small garrison supplemented with local magicians and priests. The influx of paying tourists would provide coin that will benefit business owners of Holberg. Inspired by the judgement of the Cardinal of Wisdom, Hembeneth i Guerra, in Summer 384YE. Self-funded by Lula and Bernhard Kleist von Ennerlund together with other citizens of the League. Costs are 20 wains of mithril and 60 crowns.
