To commission the Well of Life, a grand lodge of the Silver Chalice in Lightsea, Madruga. This hospital is self-funded by the order (40 white granite, 40 weirwood, 20 mithril, and 60 crowns) and will create the title Hakima of the Rippling Marshes

Outcome

Once complete, the Well of Life will have the following effects:

• Adds 15 mana crystals to the Conclave font each season
• Creates a large well-furnished hospital to treat the sick and the wounded
• Reduces the cost of mana purchases by the Grandmaster
• Allows the Grandmaster to purchase vital honey from Crucible
• Raises the level of investment of herb gardens (2 true vervain and 1 cerulean mazzarine) in the territory by one
• Provides every member of the order with a single dose of true vervain for a year
• Provides 2 rings of ilium to the order's vaults each season
• All casualties suffered by Imperial armies fighting in Madruga, Kahraman, Segura, or Feroz are reduced by a tenth
• Creates the Freeborn position Hakima of the Rippling Marshes
