Outcome
- 50 thrones disbursed to Senator Astolat
- Once complete the Tournament Grounds will function as a great work that will provide a share of 743 rings to every business in Astolat. The season it is completed the Castellan of Spiral Castle will be able to select up to a dozen military units owned by a citizen of Dawn to be upgraded to rank 2. For the next year after it is completed any Dawnish military unit can be upgraded for one less wain of mithril less than the normal costs.
