To build the Jarmish Jewelry Exchange Ministry in Miaren, Navarr. This will create the title of the "Star Jeweler" to be appointed by an Imperial Bourse Auction. Costing 8 White Granite, 4 Mithril, and 24 Crowns, to be self funded.
