Construct Hall of the Soturi

To commission the Hall of the Soturi, an edifice in the Kallavesa Marsh, Kallavesa. This will enable a new Wintermark army to be created with the fearless quality, a unique quality. 20 white granite, 20 weirwood, 120 crowns. Self-funded.
