The statement of principle allows an assembly to guide the people of the Empire.

These pages are all related to the highest calling of the assorted Synod assemblies. Each assembly except the General Assembly, and the national assemblies of Wintermark, Urizen, and Varushka. Each of the other assemblies has an opportunity to declare a highest calling which will guide the efforts of that assembly in the year that follows.
