Overview
The Beneficiary of the Golden Cascade is an Imperial title awarded to a citizen of Urizen. The motion to construct the Beneficiary was passed by the Imperial Senate in Spring 387YE. The Beneficiary of the Golden Cascade has the responsibility to use the Golden Cascade to create friends and allies in other nations. The title was created as a result of an opportunity presented in the Forwards and Rewards wind of fortune.
Responsibilities
The Beneficiary of the Golden Cascade has the responsibility to use the harvest of the Golden Cascade to creates friends and allies in other nations by actively seeking out opportunities to help and reward them for the aid they have or might give Urizen in the future. In addition, if the Golden Cascade, or those working it, were to be threatened, then it would be the responsibility of the Beneficiary to deal with those threats.

The Beneficiary of the Golden Cascade receives a total of 20 random herbs, three doses of Elixir Vitae, three doses of Ossean Solution, three doses of Philtre of Heavenly Lore, and 10 crowns each season
Appointment
The Beneficiary of the Golden Cascade is appointed at the Summer Solstice by the Urizen National Assembly.
The title can be held by any Urizen citizen. The Beneficiary of the Golden Cascade serves until the next election, or until they die, step down, or are revoked. They can be revoked by the General Assembly, the Urizen National Assembly, and by the Assembly of the Nine.
